FCm Travel Solutions’ focus on its next generation of technology continues, with the global travel management company recently appointing a new Network Systems Manager.
Business travel specialist from Sydney in Australia, Matthew Campbell brings to FCm’s global technology team extensive travel industry experience, having worked for parent company Flight Centre Limited (FLT) for more than a decade. Matthew has spent the past eight years working for FLT’s corporate travel division and has experience in frontline travel management, systems and team leadership.
In this newly established role, Matthew will be responsible for ensuring consistency across FCm’s global technology systems to improve the overall customer experience. He’ll be working closely with different stakeholders across FCm’s equity and licensee network to further streamline and enhance existing technology systems.
Matthew said he was looking forward to being involved in the next phase of FCm’s evolution as a global technology leader.
“In order for us to capitalise on our vast partner and customer network, we need to continue developing the technology framework and systems that support our client, company and supplier relationships,” Matthew said. “After working with clients and suppliers in this industry for many years, I have a good understanding of what our business needs to be focusing on in the future to enhance our current systems and generate new systems to ensure we’re at the forefront of business travel management.
