OUT In Oz newsletter- February 2012

Welcome to the February edition of OUT in Oz - news from Gay and lesbian Tourism Australia.

As we make headway into 2012, it has been quite a busy few weeks. Melbourne’s Midsumma Festival kicked off the year with Carnival, and GALTA was there amongst it all handing out our pink showbags and providing tourism advice.

This weekend sees the start of Mardi Gras Festival with more than 70,000 people expected to attend Fairday at Victoria Park. Come visit us at Stand 206 and say hello to the friendly GALTA team.

Congratulations to Kelly Cooper from Queensland, who was our January subscriber winner. Kelly has won a prize from the Kingfisher Bay Resort. Our next draw will take place in late February.

We would love to hear your feedback and any experience you’ve had from your travels around Australia. Email: admin@galta.com.au with your comments.

For those attending Mardi Gras, have a happy festival time!
