The Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre showcased an exceptionally unconventional dinner on Tuesday night to the industry’s heavyweights and guest of honour, artist Tim Storrier.
Guests dined on a sensational six course degustation with matching wines, prepared by executive chef, Uwe Habermehl, wrapped nicely around the theme of Fire and Ice.
The SCEC continues to strive to become Australia’s premiere meetings and conventions centre, with the annual dinner showcasing the best the Centre has to the events industry.
