As AFTA webMAIL draws to a close, the company would like to remind anyone using the WebMAIL database to access any of their current information, will have to do so by 5.00pm this afternoon.
Any current information you may require to access such as downloading flyers, or making printouts of your listed issues will need to be done before close of business today, as after this time, the servers will begin the shutdown process.
AFTA, marketing and communications manager, Melinda Brown has expressed her appreciation in the support received over the last three years of her involvement with the company.
Ms Brown advised from next week, the company will continue to send the Smartraveller travel advice, however it will be in a slightly different format.
“If you do not receive the first of these emails on Monday, please check our emails are not being trapped in your e-mail filter and add the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org to your whitelist,” Ms Brown said.
After providing travel agents with daily supplier updates for over a decade via its AFTA webmail the company has expressed their gratitude to both their suppliers and travel agents for their ongoing support.“I have enjoyed working with each of you and I am sure that we will continue to be in contact through AFTA’s various industry activities such as the AFTA Travel Pages, the AFTA National Travel Industry Awards along with various other industry events.”
